CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-241 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM BROOKVALE <br />PROPERTIES COMPANY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a <br /> <br />Deed dated August 9, 1971, from Brookvale <br /> <br />Properties Company evidencing an offer of <br /> <br />dedication of an easement for sidewalk and <br /> <br />right-of-way purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. that the offer of dedication evidenced in <br /> <br />the Deed dated August 9, 1971, from Brookvale <br /> <br />Properties Company to the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> <br />Officers instructed to take whatever action <br /> \ <br /> <br />necessary to implement said acd~ptance. <br /> <br />DATED: December 6, 1971 <br /> <br />' RO B~ RT <br /> <br />I.
