WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-240 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION FROM <br />DITZ-CRANE FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASEmeNT <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from <br />Ditz-Crane Corporation dated June 29, 1971, <br />evidencing an offer of dedication to the <br />City of a public service easement. <br />acceptance of said easement appears to be <br />desirable and in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. that the offer of dedication evidenced by the <br /> Deed dated June 29, 1971, from Ditz-Crane <br /> to City of Pleasanton is accepted and the <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />said acceptance. ~ <br />December 6, 1971 ~ <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
