WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-237 <br /> <br />RE: LEASE AGREEMENT FOR EXPANDED MUNICIPAL <br />PARKING FACILITIES. <br /> <br />City is in recelpt of a proposed lease agreement <br /> <br />dated November 12, <br />would lease to the <br />parcel of property <br /> <br />1971, whereby Mary Amaral <br />City for parking purposes a <br />some 85 feet by 125 feet in <br /> <br /> size located on the south side of Division Street <br /> between Peters Avenue right-of-way and City <br /> Hall Annex No. 2; and <br />WHEREAS, City, pursuant to the terms of the lease herein, <br /> <br /> would pay $85.00 per month for the use of said <br /> property and otherwise conduct itself in the use <br /> thereof consistent with the provisions of the lease <br /> hereinabove referred to. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />that the lease agreement between Mary Amaral and <br />the City of Pleasanton dated November 12, 1971, <br />whereby the City would lease for $85.00 per month <br />lands from Mary Amaral for parking purposes is <br />hereby approved and the appropriate City Officers <br />instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br />implement said approval. <br /> <br />November 22, 1971 <br /> <br />HELEN C.
