WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-236 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF STAGED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH HOWARD HANSEN, ANNE MARIE MIX AND KAISER <br />AETNA (MACKAY HOMES DIVISION). <br /> <br />City proposes to condition rezoning of property <br />loaned by Howard Hansen and Ann Marie Mix to <br />be developed by Kaiser Aetna (Mackay Homes Division) <br />upon entrance by the parties herein into an <br />agreement with City whereby development of said <br />parcel would be phased over a period of years~ <br /> <br /> agreement as provided and dated November 22, <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />197~. <br /> <br />said <br /> <br /> agreement appears to be desirable and in the <br />public interest in that it is felt that the City <br />ha a legitimate interest and duty to render more <br />predictable the demands to be made upon municipal <br />and school district services to avoid unduly <br />burdening said City's ability to provide such <br /> <br /> services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~-E~ CT ~cCARTY, CITY C-~ERK1 <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />that the agreement dated November 22, 1971, by <br />and between the City of Pleasanton and Ann Marie <br />Mix, Howard Hansen and Kaiser Aetna (Mackay Homes <br />Division), providing for the phasing of development <br />of the parcel to which Zoning Ordinance No. 647 <br />applies is hereby approved and the appropriate <br /> <br />City Officers instructed to ta~/~whatever <br /> a~t ion <br />necesoary to implement said ,appr~va~ <br /> <br />November 22, 1971 ~ / '! ? ~ // <br /> ROBERT I.
