CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-235 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE FROM MACKAY HOMES OF DEED FOR <br />PARK SITE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> to be developed for use by the public <br /> borhood park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br /> <br />May 10, 1971, evidencing an offer by Kaiser Aetna <br />(Mackay Homes Division) to dedicate to City in <br />satisfaction of its obligations under City's Park <br />Dedication Ordinance some 4.07 acres of land <br /> <br /> as a neigh- <br /> <br />that the offer by Kaiser Aetna (Mackay Homes <br />Division) evidenced Grant Deed dated May 10, <br /> <br />1971, to dedicate to City 4.07 acres of land for <br />park purposes is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> <br />City Officers instructed to take whatever action <br /> <br />necessary to implement said a~e~tance. <br />November 22, 1971 / /~.~ /~/~ ~/,/ <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
