CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-231 <br /> <br />RE: AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH OPTIMUM SYSTEMS, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> it is necessary in order to effect computerization of <br /> the City's payroll to amend the agreement heretofore <br /> entered into between the City and Optimum Systems, Inc., <br /> on October 21, 1970; <br /> <br /> City is in receipt of such a proposed amendment. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed amendment dated November 15, 1971, <br /> between Optimum Systems, Inc., and the City of Pleasanton! <br /> is hereby approved with the understanding that any tapes <br /> or files developed by Optimum Systems, Inc. shall become <br /> and remain the property of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2.
