WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-228 <br /> <br /> RE: HACIENDA MOBILE HOME PARK REIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT. <br /> <br /> City staff has prepared an agreement whereby <br /> Richard H. McDonnell is to be reimbursed as <br /> adjoining property owners connect to an over- <br /> sized water line installed by said Richard H. <br /> McDonnell, and, <br /> the terms of reimbursement to be accepted by <br /> <br /> the developer appear to be fair and equitable. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the reimbursement agreement between <br /> Richard H. McDonnell and the City of Pleasanton <br /> dated November 15, 1971, providing for reimburse- <br /> ment for an oversized water line is hereby <br /> approved and the appropriate City Officers <br /> instructed to take whatever a <br /> to implement said approval <br /> November 15, 1971 <br /> <br />HELEN C.
