CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-226 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br />WITH H. C. ELLIOTT, INC. <br /> <br />in conjunction with Annexation No. 62 it appears <br />desirable and in the public interest that the <br />Annexation Agreement with respect thereto be amended <br />so as to reflect the intention in agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and H. C. Elliott~ Inc. that <br />the latter develop the property within Annex 62 <br />consistent with a certain described schedule over <br />a period of approximately four (4) years~ and <br />the balance of the Annexation Agreement remains the <br /> <br /> same as that originally approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Annexation Agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and H. C.
