CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-222 <br /> <br />RE: FINDING OF NO MAJORITY PROTEST FOR ANNEXATION NO. 62 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />!NOW, <br /> <br />the City Council did, by Resolution No. 71-154, initiate <br />proceedings to annex certain property described therein to <br />the City of Pleasanton; and <br />said annexation includes some 60 acres, more or less, of <br />land south of Highway #580, and is commonly known as <br />Annexation NO. 62; and <br />the hearing on said Annexation was held on November 1,1971 <br />at which no majority protest with respect thereto was <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> filed. <br />THEREFORE, <br />1. <br /> <br />That it is found and determined with respect to Annexation <br /> <br />No. 62 <br />filed. <br /> <br />DATED: November 1, 1971 <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN C.
