CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-221 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION FOR EXTENSION OF AND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE OVERCROSSING <br />OF ROUTE 680 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> acquisition of land necessary to accommodate the over- <br /> crossing by Stoneridge Drive of Route 680 is desirable <br /> and in the public interest; and <br /> said land abuts the northerly boundary of the Valley <br /> Community Services District sewer treatment plant property <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present owner of the property, Reynolds Johnson, Inc. <br /> will accept $25,000 per acre with payment made over a <br /> five (5) year period with interest at 6~ with no payments <br /> made <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br />DATED; <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />The appropriate City officers be instructed to execute on <br />behalf of the City a purchase or lease purchase agreement <br />with Reynolds Johnson, Inc. for the purchase over a five <br />(5) year period of some 1.9 acres of property abutting <br />the northerly boundary of the Valley Community Services <br />District sewer treatment plant to be used for the exten- <br />sion and overcrossing of Stoneridge Drive with the price <br /> <br />of said land not to exceed $25,000 per acre and no annual <br />payments for two (2) years fro~e ~ate/~ag~eement. <br /> 1971 <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
