NHE REAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-219 <br />RE: SPECIAL PRIVATE SEWER PERMIT <br /> <br /> the City is in receipt of applications for private <br /> <br /> sewer permits; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, the Council has recently adopted a set of guidelines <br /> pursuant to which such applications are to be considered; <br /> and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, said applications appear to fall within and be consistent <br /> <br /> with the guidelines recently adopted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the following permits to maintain private sewage <br /> systems be granted: <br /> <br /> a. Utility Vault Company - sealed tank disposal system. <br /> b. Whitney Construction Company - standard water - <br /> flushed sanitary system utilizing holding tank. <br /> c. Cascon, Inc. - standard water - flushed sanitary <br /> <br /> system utilizing holding tank. <br /> <br /> d. Pleasanton Ready Mix - chemical toilets. <br /> e. G. M. Labrucherie & Associates - chemical toilets. <br /> 2. That the permitees herein be subjected to all of the <br /> <br /> conditions enumerated in the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works dated October 28, 1971 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated fully by reference <br /> <br /> herein and to all of the time 1 'ovided. <br /> <br />DATED: November 1, 1971 <br /> <br />~elen C.
