CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-216 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS FOR PUBLIC <br />SERVICE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />;~WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of Grant Deeds evidencing <br />offers of dedication for public service easement <br />purposes to the City of Pleasanton from John and Mary <br />Toman and John and Anne Bush said deeds being dated <br />October 1, 1971; and <br />acceptance of said offers of dedication appear <br />desirable and in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />IATTEST: <br /> <br />That the Grant Deeds both dated October 1, 1971 from <br />John and Mary Toman and John and Anne Bush offering <br />to dedicate public service easements to the City of <br />Pleasanton are hereby accepted and the appropriate <br />City officers instructed to take whatever action <br />necessary to implement said acc <br /> <br />November 1, 1971 <br /> <br />Helen C.
