CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-212 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS <br />REGARDING ADVANCES BY HOMEBUILDERS FOR <br />EXPANSION OF EFFLUENT IRRIGATION FIELDS <br />ADJACENT TO CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an agreement dated <br />October 18~ 1971, by and between the City and <br />several homebuilders each of whom has advanced <br />or will advance varying amounts of money with <br />which the City will expand the effluent <br />irrigation fields adjacent the sewage <br />treatment plant; and <br />the City has adopted an ordinance imposing a <br />sewer connection fee surcharge within that <br />portion of the City tributary to the City's <br />sewage treatment plant; and <br />the agreement herein purports to reimburse <br /> <br /> advancing homebuilders from the proceeds of <br /> the sewer connection fee surcharge or if not <br /> reimbursed from within three years from the <br /> City treasury. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />that the proposed agreement effecting reimburse- <br /> <br />ment to homebuilders for advances made in <br /> <br />connection with expansion of effluent irrigation <br />fields adjacent the City's sewage treatment <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />plant is hereby approved and the appropriate <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN C-.--MoCARTY, CITY CLE-IK <br /> <br />City officers instructed/ .
