CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-209 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RE: REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR <br />PROJECT 71-3 (SANITARY SEWER ALONG SANTA RITA <br />ROAD). <br /> <br />Sealed Bids were solicited by the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works in connection with a sewer line along <br /> <br />Santa Rita Road, <br /> <br />five bids were submitted, the lowest of which was <br />from Silva's Pipeline, Inc., in the amount of <br />$9,245.00; and <br />said bid appears to be in order and the bidder <br />qualified and of good reputation, <br /> <br />That the contract for Project 71-3 (Sanitary <br />Sewer along Santa Rita Road) is awarded to the <br />low bidder, Silva's Pipeline, Inc., and the <br />appropriate City officers instructed to prepare <br />and execute on behalf of the City a contract <br />for said project with Silva's Pipeline, Inc., <br /> <br />said work, exclusive of extras, not exceed <br />$9,245.00. <br />October 18, 1971 <br /> <br />ot <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
