JOHNSTON <br />the City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a license <br />to use certain property abutting the future right- <br />of-way of Hopyard Road and running northerly from <br />Valley Avenue to a pedestrian foot bridge crossing <br />the Pleasanton canal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BATED: <br /> <br />That the license from Josephine E.
