~HERE AS, <br />I~HERE AS ~ <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-197 <br /> <br />RE: AWARD OF BID FOR LEASE OF TWO HALF-TON <br />VANS AND ONE HALF-TON PICK-UP TRUCK <br /> <br />the City Manager has informally solicited bids <br />for the provision of two half-ton vans and one <br />half-ton pick-up truck; and <br />bids from two bidders were received the lowest of <br /> <br />which, for the half-ton vans, was from John Edgren <br /> <br />& Sons, 234 Main Street, Pleasnaton and, for the <br /> <br />one half-ton pick-up, was from Codiroli Ford, 1934 <br /> <br />First Street, Livermore. <br /> <br />~OW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That bids be accepted and a contract awarded for the <br /> <br />lease of two half-ton vans and one half-ton pick-up <br /> <br />truck as follows: <br /> <br />a) Two half ton vans, John Edgren & Sons, 234 Main <br /> <br />Street, Pleasanton, at a monthly lease price of $89.68 <br /> <br />for each vehicle. <br /> <br />b) A half-ton pick-up truck, Codiroli Ford, 1934 First <br /> <br />Street, Livermore, $67.31 per month. <br /> <br />2.
