BUILDERS, INC. <br /> <br />D.&V. Builders, Inc. granted to the City of Pleasanton <br />in 1964 an easement for the purpose of providing tempo- <br />rary drainage pending construction of permanent drainag~ <br /> <br />facilities; and <br /> <br />construction of permanent drainage facilities has been <br /> <br />effected less rendering the temporary drainage easement <br /> <br />above referred to unnecessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
