CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-192 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br /> PLANS FOR UNIT 17 OF TRACT 3254 (PLEASANTON VALLEY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Unit 17 of Tract 3254 (Pleasanton Valley) have been <br /> examined and approved by the Director of Public Works <br /> and the necessary inspection and annexation fees, <br /> bonds and signed agreements filed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
