CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-191 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR BERNAL AVENUE REALIGNMENT, <br /> FIRST STAGE IMPROVEMENTS (PROJECT NO. 71-4) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has prepared plans and <br /> specifications for the realignment of Bernal Avenue <br /> at its easterly end and recommends approval thereof <br /> by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications for the realignment <br /> of Bernal Avenue (Project No. 71-4) are approved and <br /> the Director of Public Works instructed to solicit <br /> bids consistent with applicable provisions of the <br /> government code.
