!iWHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-187 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF STUDY AREAS SURROUNDING <br />LIVERMORE AIRPORT AS DEFINED BY THE ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY AIRPORT USE COMMISSION <br /> <br />recent legislation as created within each County <br />an Airport Land Use Commission~ and <br />each commission, including the Alameda County <br /> <br />Airport Land Use Commission, is required to <br />develop a comprehensive land use plan providing <br /> <br />for the orderly growth of each public airport <br />and the area surrounding the airport within the <br /> <br />jurisdiction of the Commission said plan to <br /> <br />be developed after hearing and consultation with <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />public agencies~ and <br /> <br />the Alameda County Airport Land Use Commission <br /> <br />has proposed preliminary planning area boundaries <br />for the Livermore Municipal Airport and requests <br /> <br />approval thereof and of further study thereof by <br />affected public agencies. <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
