!~HEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-184 <br /> <br />RE: PUBLIC IMPROVEmeNTS ON VALLEY AVENUE <br />the Director of Public Works has, in a report <br />dated August 26, 1971, recommended that he <br />be authorized to continue and complete negotia- <br /> <br /> tions for the completion of installations of <br /> public improvements on Valley Avenue, said <br /> negotiations to be carried out with Bissell <br /> & Karn in regard to Engineering and with <br /> SDC Corporation with regard to adding said <br /> work to their contract for work on the south <br /> side of Valley Avenue in connection with the <br /> Shopping Center, or with Morrison Homes, Inc. <br /> to add the work to their contract ±n connection <br /> with public improvements for Tract 3254 and with <br /> the two affected property owners on the north side <br /> of Valley Avenue with regard to reimbursement by <br /> them to the City at the time their property is <br /> developed. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Director of Public Works be authorized to <br /> <br />negotiate with Bissell & Karn with regard to <br />Engineering of remaining street improvements on the <br />north side of Valley Avenue and with SDC Corporation <br />or Morrison Homes, Inc. with regard to adding said <br />improvements to contracts with either of said <br />corporations for improvements with regard to develop- <br />ment of the south side of Valley Avenue and with <br />the property'owners on the north side of Valley <br /> <br /> <br />
