CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-182 <br /> <br />CANVASS OF CITY OF PLEASANTON SPECIAL ELECTION RETURNS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />Notice of election was duly given, precincts properly <br />established, election officers appointed and supplies <br />furnished, the election held, returns made, and all <br />other requirements for general law cities duly complied <br />with; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. A special election was held and conducted in the <br /> City of Pleasanton, Tuesday, August 17, 1971, in <br /> time, form and manner as required by law. <br /> <br />2. There were eight voting precincts established as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />a. Precinct Nos. 32050, 32060 and 32070 were <br /> established as C~nsolidated Precinct No. 1. <br /> <br />b. Precinct Nos. 32021 and 32040 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 2. <br /> <br />c. Precinct Nos. 32020 and 32030 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 3. <br /> <br />d. Precinct Nos. 32010, 32011 and 32016 were <br /> established as Consolidated Precinct No. 4. <br /> <br />e. Pricinct Nos. 32012 and 32014 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 5. <br /> <br />f. Precinct Nos. 32013 and 32015 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 6. <br /> <br />g. Precinct Nos. 32081 and 32083 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 7. <br /> <br />h. Precinct Nos. 32080 and 32082 were established <br /> as Consolidated Precinct No. 8. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Measure submitted to vote of voters: Shall the <br />electors of the City of Pleasanton repeal the <br />adoption of Ordinance No. 629 of the city of <br />Pleasanton adopted April 26, 1971, entitled, "An <br />ordinance amending the zoning classification for <br />approximately 18 acres of land located in the Citv <br />of Pleasanton at the southeasterly corner of Bernal <br />Avenue and Foothill Road, bounded on the east by <br /> <br /> <br />
