CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-170 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF MUTUAL FIRE PROTECTION AID AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN CITY AND DIVISION OF FORESTRY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Mutual Fire Protection <br /> Aid Agreement with the State Division of Forestry <br /> which provides for a period of five years for mutual <br /> aid in the case of fires developing within the <br /> jurisdictions of each of the parties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement appears desirable and in the public <br /> <br /> interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Mutual Fire Protection Aid Agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the State Division of <br /> Forestry providing for mutual fire protection aid for <br /> a period of five years is hereby approved and the <br /> <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to execute same <br /> <br /> on behalf of the City ~Ple~s~ton. / ~ <br /> / <br />DATED: August 30, 1971 ~ <br /> ~OBE I.
