CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-175 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR UNIT 8 <br /> OF TRACT 3146 (ARROYO DEL PRADO) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Construction of public improvements in Unit 8 of <br /> Tract 3146 (Arroyo Del Prado) has been satisfactorily <br /> completed and the appropriate maintenance bonds <br /> filed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
