CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-173 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS PROM KAISER-AETNA <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the City is in receipt of two deeds both dated <br /> <br /> July 30, 1971 and both of which grant to the City <br /> of Pleasanton public service easements within the <br /> Mackay Homes Subdivision. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the two public service easements evidenced <br /> in the deeds from Kaiser-Aetna (Mackay Homes <br /> Subdivision) dated July 30, 1971 are hereby <br /> <br /> accepted and the appropriate City Officers instructed <br /> to take whatever 7~ ~o~ent~said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br /> ROBERt.
