CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-172 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT TO DEDICATE FRANKLIN <br /> SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development by Franklin Savings and Loan at the <br /> corner of Main and Division Streets in the City of <br /> Pleasanton was conditioned upon dedication by said <br /> developer of access rights along the Division Street <br /> frontage of said or of its property upon conversion <br /> of Division Street between Main Street and Peters <br /> Avenue into a pedestrian mall and upon provision of <br /> alternative parking facilities for access to said <br /> developer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an agreement which lncorporatbs <br /> this condition in which shall be recorded so as to <br /> <br /> run with the land of Franklin Savings and Loan Association <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appropriate City Officers be instructed to <br /> execute on behalf of the City the agreement between <br /> the City and Franklin Savings and Loan whereby the <br /> latter will dedicate access rights at any time <br /> within ten years upon the occurrence of certain <br /> <br /> conditions. <br /> 2.
