RESOLUTION NO. 7/'~ /7 / <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND FINAL CONTRACT COSTS <br />AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO RECORD NOTICE OF COM- <br />PLETION, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1970-1, LONGVIEW, <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work for Assessment District No. <br />1970-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton have <br />certified to this City Council that the improvements to be constructed <br />in said Assessment District have been found to comply with the approved <br />plans, special provisions and standard specifications, and have re- <br />commended that the work be accepted as completed on August 30, 1971; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that said work is <br />hereby accepted and the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is <br />directed to record a Notice of Completion in the office of the County <br />Recorder of the County of Alameda. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final contract costs incor- <br />porated in said certificates are hereby accepted and that disburse- <br />ment to the contractor shall be made in accordance with said final <br />contract costs. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the <br />30th day of August, 1971, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: CouncilmenBeratlis~ Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and <br /> Mayor Reid <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmen None <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> v. - <br />W L[ ,:, A.
