CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-169 <br /> <br /> RE: INITIATION OF THE ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, First Pleasanton Investors, owners of some 25 acres <br /> of land known as the Foley Property, seek approval <br /> and initiation by the City of annexation proceedings <br /> before the Local Agency Formation Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said property appears to be the eastern most property <br /> developable in view of its proximity to the Livermore <br /> Airport; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the initiation of proceedings for annexation is not <br /> of itself involve any commitment on the part of <br /> <br /> the City with regard to related use of said property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1 That the appropriate City Officers be instructed to . <br /> <br /> initiate proceedings for the annexation of the 25 <br /> acres referred to as the Foley Property, said ;:roperty <br /> <br /> being more specifically described in the ~aps <br /> attached to the letter o f~~nt da~August <br /> 17, 1971. <br /> <br />DATED: August 30, 1971 ~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Helen C.
