CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />iWHEREAS, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-164 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FOR UNIT 16, TRACT 3095 (PLEASANTON VALLEY) <br /> <br />construction of public improvements in connection <br />with Unit 16, of Tract 3095 (Pleasanton Valley) <br />has been satisfactorily completed and the appro- <br /> <br /> priate bonds posted for maintenance. <br /> <br />iNOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
