CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ffHEREAS, <br /> <br /> HEREAS, <br /> <br />h <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-165 <br /> <br /> RE: LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR INSTALLATION <br /> OF WATER FLUORIDATION FACILITY <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a proposed license <br />whereby the County of Alameda Flood Control <br /> <br /> District would license City to use a portion <br /> <br />of the Flood Control Districts property adjacent <br /> <br />at Zone 7 well site for the purpose of construction <br />and operation of a water fluoridation facility; <br />said license agreement involves no cost to the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton and provides only that the <br /> <br />City shall hold Zone 7 of the Alameda County Flood <br />Control District harmless from any damage occasioned <br />by City's use of the licensed property. <br /> <br />~OW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the license between Alameda County Flood <br /> <br />Control District and the City of Pleasanton whereby <br /> <br />the City is allowed to use a portion of Zone 7 of <br /> <br />the Alameda County Flood Control Districts property <br /> <br />adjacent at Zone 7 well site is hereby approved and <br /> <br />~TTEST: <br /> <br />the appropriate City Officers instructed to take <br /> <br />whatever action necessary to mple'me~p said ayproval. <br /> <br />August 16, 1971 % ~. . !, <br /> '--,!,' p.+f 4/ <br /> <br />Helen C.
