i!HEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-162 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />AND CITY OF PLEASANTON REGARDING <br />BRIDGE ON SANTA RITA OVER ARROYO <br />MOCHO <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a proposed agreement <br /> <br />whereby the City and the County of Alameda would <br /> <br />share in the cost of installation of a bridge <br /> <br />on Santa Rita Road across the Arroyo Mocho; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, the agreement provides for advance by the County <br /> <br />of all of the cost of construction of the bridge <br /> <br />with half the cost thereof to be reimbursed by <br /> <br /> City over a period of four (4) years. <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the agreement between the County of Alameda <br />and the City of Pleasanton providing for the <br />installation of a vehicular bridge at Santa Rita <br />Road over the Arroyo Mocho and for the sharing of <br />cost with respect thereto is hereby approved and <br />the appropriate City Officers instructed to take <br /> <br />whatever action necessary ~'~ im~e.ment said ~pproval. <br /> <br />August 16, 1971 ~- ~' ! 1) <br /> <br /> ROBERT i.
