CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-013 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL <br />REPORT FOR 2000-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 01:028) for the first quarter of the <br /> fiscal year ending June 30, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the first quarter financial review, staff made recommendations as <br /> outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Council authorizes amending the Operating Budget, as outlined in Appendix B, to <br />reflect 1999-00 carryovers previously approved by Council, to update beginning <br />estimated fund balances to actual fund balances, and to reflect budget amendments <br />approved by Council to date. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Council authorizes amending the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget, as <br />detailed in Tables 1-5 in Appendix C, to reflect 1999-00 carryovers previously <br />approved by Council, to update projected beginning fund balances to actual fund <br />balances, and to approve minor line item expenditure changes. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 20, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
