EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ANNEXATION NO. 62 'Ail that certaim real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of that certain 50.04 acre tract of land conveyed by Abijah Baker to Jonas Larson, by deed recorded November 9, 1883, in Book 261 of Deeds at page 42, Records of Alameda Co~nty, California, said corner also being an angle point on the general northerly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 379, a map of which was filed March 5, 1964, in Map Book 43 at page 40-A, Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving said southeasterly corner northerly along the easterly line of said tract of land and northerly along the direct production northerly of said easterly line to an intersection thereof with the northerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by WILLIAM L. MAYNARD and JEAN S. MAYNARD, his wife, to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, by deed recorded July 7, 1967, in Reel 1995 of Official Records on image' 347 (AZ 65323), Records of Alameda County, California, said northerly line also being the northerly right-of-way lz~ne of State Freeway 04 ALA 580; thence Westerly along said northerly line to an intersection thereof with the northerly line of that certain parcel of land designated "PARCEL IA" in that certain FINAL ORDER OF CONDF~ATION, Civil No. 376533, SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, entitled, "THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through the Department of Public Works, Plaintiff, vs. MAY K.
