WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~HEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-141 <br /> <br />RE: CONFIRMATION OF COSTS REGARDING WEED <br />ABATEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1970-71 <br /> <br />the City's weed abatement program for 1970-71 <br />has been completed and a cost itemization of <br />the cost per lot by of the Weed Abatement Program <br />submitted by the Fire Department for consideration <br />by the City Council consistent with the provisions <br />of the government code; and <br />a copy of said cost itemization has been posted <br />outside the City Council's Chambers for as least <br />three days prior to consideration by the Council <br />of said cost itemization; and <br />objections to said report of cost itemization were <br /> <br /> solicited and it appearing that none were presented; <br />',Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the cost itemization of the City's Weed <br /> Abatement Program for 1970-71 prepared by the <br /> Fire Department is hereby confirmed and approved <br /> and the appropriate City Officers instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement same, <br /> including the transmittal of said itemization to <br /> the County Auditor tax roll. <br /> <br /> ROB~RT I.
