CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-140 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVING CLAIMS FROM APRIL 30, 1976 TO MAY 31, <br /> 1976 IN THE AMOUNT OF $240,950.00. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of June 14, 1976, a check <br /> register was presented to the City Council signifying <br /> checks which were dispensed from April 30, 1976 to <br /> May 31, 1976; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the claims contained therein were for approved func- <br /> tions of the City which are necessary and proper ex- <br /> penses of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 11809 thru <br /> <br /> No. 12070 dated from April 30, 1976 to May 31, 1976 <br /> <br /> in the total amount of $240,950.11, are hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The financial report dated May 31, 1976 has been re- <br /> <br /> viewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
