CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-138 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM LORETTO <br /> WINERY, LTD. FOR A TEN FOOT WIDE PUBLIC <br /> SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated May 12, <br /> 1976 from Loretto Windery, Ltd. for a ten foot wide <br /> public service easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a report from the <br /> Director of Engineering Services dated June 7, 1976 <br /> <br /> recommending the acceptance of this easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this dedi- <br /> cation is in conformance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Loretto Winery, Ltd <br /> manifested in the Grant Deed dated May 12, 1976 for a <br /> ten foot wide public service easement, is hereby accepte( <br /> and the appropriate City officers instructed to take <br /> <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> Section 2.
