CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-137 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS <br /> FROM MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an offer of dedication of <br /> public service easements dated April 27, 1976 for the <br /> <br /> construction of bicycle paths along Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a report from the <br /> Director of Engineering Services dated June 7, 1976 <br /> <br /> recommending the acceptance of these easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this dedi- <br /> cation is in conformance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Morrison Homes <br /> Corporation manifested in the Grant Deeds dated June 7, <br /> 1976 for public service easements for the construction <br /> of the bicycle facility along Hopyard Road, are hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING OF JUNE 14, 1976 BY <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: ~R~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />William H.
