CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-136 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ABBIE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, <br />PROJECT 76-1, AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO <br />GENE CALDEIRA, INC. <br /> <br />construction of Abbie Street improvements, Project 76-1, <br />have been completed; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 14, 1976, re- <br />ceived a report from the Director of Engineering Services <br />recommending the acceptance of said improvements and re- <br />questing authorization for final payment to Gene Caldeira <br />Inc., contractor for the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the improvements constructed as part of Abbie <br /> Street improvements, Project 76-1, are hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance, <br /> including the filing with respect thereto of a Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $4,153.78 <br /> to Gene Caldeira, Inc., contractors. <br /> <br />Section 3.
