WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-134 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />PLEASANTON GREENS <br /> <br />construction of public improvements in connection with <br />Pleasanton Greens have been completed; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 14, 1976, con- <br />sidered the report of the Director of Engineering Ser- <br />vices recommending the acceptance of said public improve-i <br />ments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVEi <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the public improvements constructed as part o~ <br />Pleasanton Greens are hereby accepted and the approprlatei <br />City officers instructed to take whatever action neces- <br />sary to implement said acceptance, including the filing <br />with respect thereto of a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 2.
