CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-123 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING HOWARD T. GARRIGAN AS A <br /> MEMBER OF THE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that Park and Recre- <br /> ation Commissioner, Ryan McKeon, will be moving out of <br /> the City of Pleasanton and thus will create a vacancy <br /> on said Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the names of various <br /> individuals who are interested in serving on the Park <br /> and Recreation Commission to fill the anticipated va- <br /> cancy and the City Council has evaluated their quali- <br /> fications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Howard T. Garrigan, 389 Mavis Drive, Pleasanton, <br /> California, is hereby appointed to the Park and Recre- <br /> ation Commission to fill the unexpired term of Ryan <br /> McKeon when he resigns, said term to expire on <br /> February 15, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2.
