WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING KATHLEEN O'BRIEN AS <br />A MEMBER OF THE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION. <br /> <br />a vacancy has occurred on the Park and Recreation <br />Commission; and <br />the City Council has considered the names of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the Park <br />and Recreation Commission and the City Council has <br />evaluated their qualifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Mrs. Kathleen O'Brien, 5556 Paseo Navarro, Pleasanton, <br /> California, is hereby appointed to the Park and Recrea- <br /> tion Commission to fill the unexpired term of Kenneth <br /> <br />Mercer, which will terminate on February 15, 1978. <br />Section 2.
