CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-59 <br /> <br />RE: PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 FOR WORK DONE <br />ON PROJECT NO. 71-7 (VALLEY AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by the Les McDonald Construction Company <br /> <br />i NOW, <br /> <br />II <br /> DATED: <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br /> on Valley Avenue Improvements has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Progress <br /> Payment No. 1 is due and payable. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
