CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-39 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND <br />IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR UNIT 18, TRACT 3364 <br />(PLEASANTON VALLEY). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Final Subdivision Map and improvement plans <br /> <br />for Unit 18 of Tract 3364 (Pleasanton Valley) <br /> <br />have been submitted and checked by the <br /> <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br /> <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Final Subdivision Map and improvement <br /> <br />plans for Unit 18 of Tract 3364 (Pleasanton <br />Valley) are hereby approved with the under- <br /> <br />standing that sewage capacity be provided <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN C.
