WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-37 <br /> <br /> RE: REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> FOR PROJECT NO. 72-2. <br /> <br /> bids have been solicited and received for the <br /> construction of Project No. 72-2; and <br /> the bids, reputation and reliability of each <br /> bidder including the low bidder have been reviewed <br /> by the Department of Public Works and approval of <br /> that bid submitted by the low bidder is recom- <br /> mended. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
