CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-23 <br /> <br />RE: Sale of Land to Housing Authority <br /> <br />~HEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />has offered to purchase from the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />approximately 3.3 <br />Kottinger Village <br />on maps available <br /> <br />acres of land located on the present <br />site and further described <br />at the Housing Authority office, <br /> <br /> for the price of $72,000. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the offer of the Housing Authority of the <br /> City of Pleasanton is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> sale. <br /> <br />2.
