WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-7 <br /> <br /> RE: REFUND OF MONIES IN CONNECTION WITH <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970-1 (LONGVIEW). <br /> <br /> exclusive of amounts retained until acceptance <br /> of work on public improvements there remains <br /> some $7,456.85 left over from the amount of <br /> money provided by bond proceeds and contributed <br /> by the landowner herein; and <br /> it appears that the monies contributed by the <br /> landowner herein were not contributed as part <br /> of the assessment district and thus, to the <br /> extent not needed to complete improvements con- <br /> structed as part of the Assessment District herein, <br /> should be returned to the owner of the property, <br /> Howard Long. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. that upon completion of the public improvements <br /> and payment over to the contractor of the reten- <br /> tion fund and consistent with the provisions <br /> of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the <br /> <br /> Director of Finance be instructed to prepare and <br /> have executed in favor of How~V.
