CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-5 <br /> <br />RE: RELOCATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a drainage easement running across the V±neyard <br /> <br />Avenue property of Pleasanton Development Company <br /> <br />has been relocated and accordingly dedication <br /> <br />and acceptance of additional easements together <br /> <br />with Quit Claim of the relocated easement is <br /> <br />necessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />that the Grant Deed from Pleasanton Development <br />Company regarding a drainage easement over <br />property at 3955 Vineyard Avenue, dated December 27, <br />1971, is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> <br />City Officers instructed to implement said <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />acceptance. <br /> <br />that the Quit Claim Deed dated December 27, 1971, <br /> <br />by the City of Pteasanton of the relocated drainage <br /> <br />easement herein to the Pleasanton Development <br /> <br />Company is hereby approved and the appropriate <br /> <br />City Officers <br /> <br />approval. <br />January 10, 1972 <br /> <br />instructed to i/~ment said/~ <br /> <br /> ROB~ REID, <br /> <br />HELEN C.
