Box 520. Pleasanton. California 94566. does remise, release <br />and forever abandon the vehicular access right granted to it in that certain Grant of Easement, <br />dated July 23, 1982. by and between ALFRED FROMM. TRANSAMERICA TITLE <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, CAROLYN FROMM. DAVID FROMM, BARBARA FROMM, <br />PETER K. MAIER and IRVING LOUBE. as "Grantors." and the City, as "Grantee." recorded on <br />Januar.v 3. 1983. as Instrument No. 83-000158 in the Official Records of Alameda County. <br />California ("Grant of Easement"), to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, with respect to <br />the real property located in Alameda County. California. described in the attached Exhibit A and <br />incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br /> City agreed to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the then owners of the "Servient <br />Tenement" (as defined in the Grant of Easement) a deed of abandonment of the said vehicular <br />access right, when the City accepted the dedication of the public streets providing access to the <br />"Dominent Tenement" (as defined in the Grant of Easement).
