CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ALLOCATION OF $200,000 IN <br />FEDERAL HOME FUNDS TO ALLIED HOUSING FOR THE <br />"I STREET" HOUSING PROJECT IN LIVERMORE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 6, 2001, the City Council received a report (SR 01:031) <br /> regarding allocation of $200,000 in federal HOME funds to the "I Street" housing <br /> project in Livermore; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves allocation of $200,000 in federal HOME funds to Allied Housing, Inc. <br />for the "I Street" housing project in Livermore, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />The allocation of $200,000 in federal HOME funds shall be contingent <br />upon the timely implementation of the project and commitment of funding <br />from other sources. <br /> <br />The developer shall commit a minimum of two units to clients of the <br />Tri-Valley Housing Scholarship Program. <br /> <br />The developer shall use its best efforts to work with the City of Livermore <br />to secure one to two units for tenants coming from Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
