CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-009 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ALLOCATION OF $65,000 IN <br />FEDERAL HOME FUNDS TO ALLIED HOUSING FOR <br />RENT SUBSIDIES THROUGH THE TRI-VALLEY HOUSING <br />SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN 2001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 6, 2001, the City Council received a report (SR 01:030) <br />regarding allocation of $65,000 in federal HOME funds to provide continued rent <br />subsidies in 2001 for new Pleasanton clients of the Tri-Valley Housing Scholarship <br />Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves an allocation of $65,000 in federal HOME fimds to Allied Housing, Inc. <br />for continued rent subsidies in 2001 for new Pleasanton clients of the Tri-Valley <br />Housing Scholarship Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 6, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
